Last email of 2021 - Happy New Year!

Hi Reader

Happy New year my friend...I wish you and your loved ones to have an abundant, joyful and blessed new year, in all the ways that are important to you! πŸŽ‰

What are your plans for 2022?

This is the first time I haven't made ANY resolutions, instead I created a 2022 plan in ONE FULL DAY that works for my life as a whole. It's based on Amy Porterfield's training and she simplifies it into little bits of "digging deep" instead of a massive project.

Frankly, it's been quite liberating!

Who knew unkept resolutions create a sense of failure, guilt and shame in our subconscious mind πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Yet, we keep doing it because everyone does it...one of the "shoulds" in life!

So let me know if this is you...

  • You know what you should be doing (the plan)
  • You are doing things you shouldn't be doing (shiny objects)

This creates a gap between our thinking and action-taking, which increases our stress, anxiety and procrastination. 🀯

And I'm guilty of all those.

This year taught me to be graceful in my failures, kinder to myself and focus on my wellbeing.

I've hustled for decades so it's second nature to be in that mode. Not doing anything and focusing on myself is "wasting time" which brings guilt and negative self-talk.

NO MORE OF THAT FOR ME AND FOR YOU IF YOU DO THAT.

In 2021, I ditched the "shoulds" to focus on self healing first. It changed my life and I want to share some nuggets with you.

The question I usually ask now is what action I can take today that leads me closer to where I want to get to?

How can I make this more fun for me?

Another great habit is to always ask yourself before a task or a project:

  1. Is this necessary?
  2. Can it be delayed?
  3. Can it be delegated to someone else?

BONUS TIP: Get rid of the "shoulds" in your language and rephrase it as "get to". You'll notice how the energy changes around the task or project and how you FEEL about it.

Try it and let me know how that works for you.

THANK YOU!

I'd like to take this time to say Happy Holidays (however many days you still got). I am so humbled that you are reading this, watching my trainings and engaging with my content.

I have no plans of going anywhere and cannot wait to get into next year and bring you more (consistently).

It's amazing having you as part of my world!

To your success!

PS: Let me know if you'd like a Masterclass on "content planning in 60 minutes" in the coming year.

PPS: Kudos for reading till the bottom (you're like me, LOL)

Hi Reader After dealing with some heavy personal stuff I thought to share some insights with you. ALWAYS TAKE TIME OUT FOR YOURSELF Don't put your needs aside for too long. No one else will ever appreciate this enough and you will end up resenting others. Not worth it. Take what you can and do not be flippant about it. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY It's not just about physical and mental wellbeing, the body stores trauma and the sooner you start listening the less medication and painkillers you'll...

Hey Reader, Who doesn't want ready to use social media content? It doesn't matter whether you struggle to come up with content ideas for your brand or you're the opposite and slay your social media... A folder full of content ideas or ready-to go-posts that can be sprinkled into your feed - is ALWAYS WELCOME! There's nothing worse than coming up with ideas when you have other more important things to work on. Let's face it, social media is to PROMOTE your business, it's not the whole business...

Hi Reader! There’s a way to create a business website that doesn’t break the bank nor completely overwhelm. It’s important to know about this, because having a website is an essential in today's world. For years now, people like to search online instead of going to physical stores. The pandemic propelled that change further. It’s even more than that. Many of your potential clients are already online, so it'll be a significant missed opportunity for your business if you're don't have a...
